My Adopted African Family

My name is Greg Lemky, my wife's name is Sandy, and we have been married for 40 years.  16 years ago we went to Uganda, East Africa as missionaries and began Spring of Life Ministry Africa. While there, we adopted 8 beautiful children, aged 5 months to 6 years. (Now aged 11 to 16 years).  Each child is an orphan with an amazing story of survival against great odds.  We have been raising them as our own children.  2 years ago I developed a sore on the bottom of my foot, it became infected and medical care was unable to stop the infection from advancing up my leg, and the only alternative was to amputate the leg just below the knee.  In July, 2013 I came home to Canada to be fitted with a prosthetic leg and also to have other medical issues dealt with.  I am pastoring a small church but the income is not sufficient to continue supporting our children in Africa.  We really need some immediate help, for the next year at least, in helping us to continue supporting our children.  We do have some faithful donors, for which we are grateful, however, we are quickly falling behind in the children's support.  Their ongoing daily needs include food, clothing, school fees, a home to live in, and we are paying two 'aunties' to care for them.  Your support would be  greatly appreciated at this time, and may God bless you abundantly!
