Medical Bills

I'm a single mom of 2, ages 14 & 11, working full time. I've been struggling with ongoing illness, finally culminating last year in finding out I had Hashimoto's Thryoiditis, and Cancer of the Bladder. I've had 4 surgeries so far, as well as multiple tests and a biopsy of the thyroid nodules. I had a Hysterectomy in 2016, and a surgery in January of 2017 to rectify a complication from that surgery. Then in December I found out about the cancer and had a surgery for that, and then in January this year I had to have another surgery for another complication. I have been unable to make the payments on the medical bills I have because the income I make is just enough for our living expenses, so because of that, I had over $6,000 in debt to the hospital alone (not including the anesthesiology bills, etc) for the first two surgeries. They added another $3,000+ for each of the next 2 surgeries, amounting more than $12,000. Including the tests and individual Dr and Specialist visits, my medical debt is now far more than $15,000. I stopped counting. I contemplated at one point getting a second job, but due to the illness increasing, I was barely able to keep working the one job and somehow keep things from falling apart at home. My daughter, the 14 year old, has been immensely helpful and I have had to lean on her quite a bit. She's been shouldering far more responsibility than most other kids her age. 
I am at the end of my pride, my ability, and depending on the grace of God alone. Even my faith feels weak, and I pray I will only be strengthened through this struggle like I have been from previous struggles. 
My struggles go deeper than the simple matter of money and bills, but if I had even a little bit of that load lifted, I feel I could get some relief, and strength for the other matters at hand - those of being a christian mom, trying to raise her children alone in a tumultuous world.
