Giving Issi, George & family a gift this Christmas

As most of us know Issi and George gave birth to two tiny twin babies Rudi and Louie on the 20th November in Southmead Hospital. This was super early as they were due to be born in February. They were born at 29 weeks (40 weeks is average). They are both doing well but will probably stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Bath Hospital, where they are now, until there due date in February. 

Issi and George have both had to stop work and are driving in an hour every day from Frome to see the twins and give them milk as well as looking after Attikah who is 21 months old now, this will probably continue till February when they expect Rudi and Louie can finally leave the hospital and they can all go home.

This fundraiser is for those who under different circumstances would buy them a drink in the pub or give them a gift this Christmas and its aim is to help make Christmas and the New Year a bit easier for them and their new large family. Any money raised will help with the daily travel costs between Frome and the hospital and the living costs of supporting a family with 3 children under the age of 2 until one of them can go back to work.

We would also like to thank all the amazing staff at Bath Hospital, especially in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, who look after tiny babies like Rudi and Louie not just at Christmas but every day all year round.
