May we ask a small act of kindness from everyone of you, family, friends or someone who have a kind heart. Small amount would help a lot.
We just want to give you a little background about our cousin. His name is Michael John Tabor. He is the youngest of six siblings and the bread-winner of the family. He is a very funny and jolly person. He is not just a great cousin, but also a responsible sibling, a loving son, an active employee and a very kind and funny friend.
Our dear cousin Michael John Tabor is being tested by God. He is currently facing one of the hardest battles of his life. Last year, March 9,2018 he was diagnosed having CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) stage 5.
Stage 5 of CKD has end stage renal disease (ESRD) with a glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of 15ml/min or less. Meaning, that his kidneys are just functioning only below 10 to 15 percent of its normal capacity. He was advised by his doctors to undergo a kidney transplant or dialysis at least to keep him alive.
As of the moment, he is undergoing dialysis three times in a week that costs him Php 1,300.00 to Php 3,650.00 per session. Michael John will also undergo kidney transplant as soon as possible.
Let us all help him fight his battle by giving our support and generosity to raise the fund needed for his operations. Also, prayers and sharing this post would be great help too.
