<div><strong>WELCOME!</strong>
</div>
<div>Everyone is welcomed and loved at Mt. Juliet Yoga Ministries.
</div>
<div>We are spreading the word of God through yoga!
</div>
<div>After retiring from 21 years in the TN Army National Guard God has lead me to Serving those that Serve.
</div>
<div>We are building a Ministry to deliver yoga to those that serve our community! Contributions are providing FREE Christ Centered yoga to City Employees, Fire, Military, Health Care Providers, Police, and Teachers. Combating mental health with a holistic approach to whole body health: mind, body, and soul through Jesus!

<div>1 Peter 4:10-11 "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen."

</div>
<div>To raise funds to start the nonprofit we provide group, 1x1, and event yoga.
</div>
<div>If you are wanting to be apart of our mission, please donate or feel free to reach out to find other ways to help our mission! We would be honored to chat about how you can help us build! Lets link hands and walk beside one another in Serving those that Serve with grateful and giving hearts!

<div>And.... last but not least, THANK YOU to all of you that have supported and cheered us on! We truly appreciate your love! We couldn't do this without you!
