Giving back to the Venensio's

Donation protected
Writing this is immensely difficult because no words can do justice to the works and deeds of a man who touched the lives of many....

We all have the freedom to choose what we want to do with our lives and it's very rare to find a gem that truely cares for other people, known or unknown. Tumwebaze Venensio was that gem to me! Born and brought up in Uganda, he didn't grow up with the best of facilities to support him, while his parents did everything they could to bring him up as best as they could. He didn't grow up with the privilege of being able to go to school, college or university whenever he felt like. Having lost his father at a young age, the family not only lost their rock but also their only means of income. Venensio didn't let it discourage him but took it upon himself to better the lives of his struggling family. He never gave up and never let discouragement get in his way. Owing to his potential and hard work throughout school, he was given a scholarship and finally graduated as an Engineer!

Venensio spent the last three years of his life in service to God as a voluntary missionary. His main goal was to help people find their path to glory even though voluntary work meant no pay and having to fund himself. He entrusted his life and the lives of his family to God. After the first two years of making a huge difference to his fellow country mates, he decided to do one last (his third) year in Australia before getting back to Uganda.

Never have I ever seen a man so concerned for the others without having an ulterior motive. His intensions were very clear and so were his actions. "Dean my next goal is to go back to Uganda, share my knowledge and help my country develop because I want to work towards the day where my people won't struggle anymore", he said.
"It's not about who we are but what we make of the gift of life given to us!"

Ven your smile, optimism, determination, perseverance, hard-work, advice, wisdom and most of all 'friendship' and 'brotherhood', changed my life forever, for the best. I promise to pay your values forward and pass on the Never Give Up attitude to every person whose path I cross.

Tumwebaze Venensio left us on 15th March, 2018 after having met with a road accident. The Venensio's gave us their most precious and so I urge/plead to you lovely people to find it in your heart to give back the least you can! The funds generated will be handed over to the family of Tumwebaze and will help the family in their expenditure with the funeral and also support them survive a normal life.
