Help mom create home for disabled

Hi, my name is Toni. I am a single Mom who was blessed with three incredible sons with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Aaron, Jason and Cameron. On Valentines Day 2007, my oldest son Aaron, returned to the Lord ,  as a direct result of the effects of the disease. On August the eigth 2014 my heart was torn in two once again as my youngest son, Cameron, also went home to be with the Lord. Leaving just me and Jason. On top of losing my son I lost a half of our income, which has given us much anxiety and worry about being able to keep our home. Working as a caregiver for my sons I have no retirement or life Insurance, so my house is all I have.
I am not looking for a handout, I am hoping for a hand up. I want to not only help keep my home and give my son a way to stay at home, but to use it as a place to give the most vulnerable and left out people a home.  I want to use all my lifetime of experience and my home to create an adult family home/group home, so I can give others the same safe, loving, Godly, home environment that I have given to my sons. A home free of the feeling and fears of institutions, a home that builds up and protects, a home that honors all people.    It is my desire that long after my son and I are gone our house can remain a lighthouse for people in need. 
The first step is to pay off the house so that I can use all my resources to transform my home into an Adult family home and meet all the state requirements.
