Help David With His Medical

My husband has been in and out of the hospital for about a month now due to heart conditions and syncope(fainting). He has always had Heart Palpatations, but about a month ago they seemed to be getting worse and more painful. I ended up taking him to the ER about 10 times in 1 month.. with no insurance. Everyday he thought it was his last day and seeing him in the state everyday was and still is the scariest thing in the world. He has severe chest pains, tightening of the chest, shortness of breathe, dizzy, confused, numbness in arm/leg, headaches, low heart rate in 40s and drops in low 30s(normal is 60-100) and now he faints on average of 10 times a night. Everyday he seems to be getting worse and worse. He was not fainting a month ago. Everyday he faints and he looks lifeless and I feel hopeless and terrified.. David says his chest pain feels as if hes having a heart attack all the time. He has also been to about 5 different hospitals. None of which have helped. They all sent him home with different explainations, different medicines, and no solutions. One would give him Medicine 1 and the next day they would be confused as to why they gave him that med and make him go on another. Another hospital says stop taking everything. He goes and sees a Cardiologist recommended by his Primary Care and he gives him a different medicine. These doctors have been mixing and messing with all these medications on top of what he is already going through. We have been given missed direction and hope everytime. During this process David has found out he has First Degree Heart Block, Bradycardia, Leaky Heart Valve, Early Re-Polarization, Heart Palpatations, Arrthymia, Syncope episodes. No one can figure out why hes fainting, but the solution to all the heart issues is a pacemaker. David has not had insurance this entire month so alot of these Doctors have treated him differently. As soon as its on the table that he is uninsured the vibes in the rooms change. The surgrey without insurance is $90,000. No one would do it because thats alot of money that someone may not pay. Multiple doctors/RN's have admitted that insurance plays a big part and unless hes dying on THEIR floor they wont do it. We quickly got married and now David has insurance effective day of marriage. Doctors have been treating him different and better... Still no answers at the moment. David is not allowed to work, drive or be alone. We need help to get him on his way of a pacemaker and treatment for syncope. Some doctors said he cant wait till January and some are trying to rush all tests to get this in him asap. David and I need help finacally getting there through all the doctor visits and tests. We need help finding an answer to this horrible journey.
