<div>Coach Bode is passionate about improving youth sports for girls and decreasing the risks for rowing related injuries.

<div>There is a coveted coaching award named for Coach Bode for good reason. He is an inspiration to the kids. He believes young women can become competitive <strong>and </strong>compassionate.

<div>After witnessing far too many overuse injuries, Bode decided to go to graduate school at the Biomechanics Lab at UNH.
