GIVE TONY A LOT A LOVE

To all Bay Area comics who have had the privilege of knowing the legendary Godfather of San Francisco comedy, Tony Sparks, we are asking you to help him. On July 29th, Tony underwent open heart bypass surgery, and is currently in the Critical Care Unit here in San Francisco. His surgery went well without complications, and his prognosis is good, however, he has a long road to recovery ahead of him. As most of you know, Tony has spent over 20 years in the community on a personal mission to help numerous comics refine their art, learn to market themselves, and to find their own voice and confidence as a comic. I know that so many of you are grateful to him, and the success of your career has been largely influenced by the mentoring that was freely given to you by Tony. We are asking all of you that can offer anything through the Go Fund Me link to please do so. If those of you who are booking shows through Zoom or other venues want to assist in fundraising, that would be great. The goal is to raise $3000 to cover basic cost of living needs, transportation, and a quality spin bike for his cardiac rehabilitation. Please feel free to message me of you have any questions.
