Homeless Man Dies Alone

Hello Everyone, here we are again asking for help. Mr. Anastasia Chesley age 59 died on October 1, 2017 all along.  It is extremely hard to imagine being homeless and dying all alone.  Mr. Chesley known by friends as "Foots" or "Stacy" had a good heart and wanted more. But a neighboring friend met with me and said that he was like an uncle to her kids even though he was homeless. She saw him the day before he died almost getting hid by a car on H Street NE.  She said to him are you afraid, and he said he wish that the car had killed him.  How amazing that he died the next day and she is struggling with the fact that life was his enemy and he saw death as his friend.  So again we ask for your help in bring closure to his life.
