Give to education in Africa
Tax deductible
When a child has access to quality education in Africa, it has a different meaning in Africa.
Quality in Africa means, giving a child a meaningful education that would help them break out of the cycle of poverty, and enjoy at least 60% of what we call basic education in the US. At Bridge Africa Foundation we advocate for quality in education and we have given school supplies, so each kid has their own pencil, and we have increased the number of text books, so each kid has their own. We have also helped to support school lunches and given training on Mental Health and Social Emotional Learning.
Our Read to Achieve Program needs your support. We are working to give over 50,000 kids access to literacy books which covers science, math, writing, spellings, reading. These books are guided with teaching instructions through workbooks and discussion points, even where teaching skills are limited. Kids will be on track in their education in no time, and even be able to take books home to build their literacy.
However, to give access to over 20,000 printable books we need to cover licenses, and printing costs, and in some cases cover the cost of a small printer for a large organization with many schools, and save costs. Some of these kids live in rural areas where tablets may not be of benefit, as their village suffers severe power outages, or no electricity.
You can make a difference in a child's future by donating today to Bridge Africa's Read to Achieve programs.
Your donation will get the child on the right road to achieve their potential.
Thank you for helping us make a difference.
