Give This Sweet Cat a Pain-Free Life

On a walk on my lunch break, I saw a cat hunched under a car who looked like she was in bad shape. She was dirty and drooling bloody saliva.
After work, I went back and was able to get her into a carrier. She was the skinniest, dirtiest, and smelliest cat I've ever encountered. She wouldn't eat wet food or drink water. I was able to get her to drink some lactose-free kitten milk, and I took her to the vet as soon as I could.
It turned out that her mouth and tongue were covered in ulcers, and food was causing her so much pain that she was starving to death rather than eat. We got her on medication, and three months later she is much better, but her issue is not controlled. Due to her poor tooth health and the mouth ulcers, the vet has recommended tooth extraction of probably all her teeth. The quote was between $3500 and $5000, which I can't afford as I've already spent over $1000 on her shots, medication, and vet visits. Now that she is a bit better, she is one of the cuddliest, friendliest cats I've been around, and I'm hoping to raise the money for the procedure because she would make a lovely companion for someone. The unfortunate alternative is euthanasia, because her quality of life has been so poor. Please lend a hand if you can.
