HELP Give us a HOME

This is incredibly humbling, so I ask for compassion as I bare my soul and my situation here...
This past year has been one of the hardest years of my life.
On January 1, 2017, Jasmine and I were forced to move out of our home of 6 years, due to an emergency toxic mold evacuation that was overtaking our home and many of our belongings, along with making us incredibly sick, including developming a large lump in my breast, in which I had to undergo numerous hospital visits and treatments amidst the evacuation move.
We had to dispose of 100% of our furniture, and about 75% of our belongings.
This was similar to experiencing a house fire.
We stayed with friends for awhile in hopes of getting back on our feet and into a new place, but due to a mental health crisis of another in the home in our temporary living situation, the rug was once again, unexpectedly pulled out from under our feet for the second time in the year.
For the sake of mine and Jasmine's safety, we scrambled to relocate on short notice, once again, with little to no options, and minimal finances and resources. Moving expenses were still costly, and took a decent chunk of what little savings I had.
A kind and generous friend took us in at that time, however, the situation has proved to be yet another unsuccessful living situation.
In the Fall of 2017 just after moving into this current location, I started juggling 3 jobs in attempts to start rebuilding and aiming towards finding a place that truly feels like home for Jasmine and I.
2 weeks into my new job, Jasmine and I were hit by another driver in a car accident, that totaled my car and injured our necks and spines.
This affected and limited my ability to work, and wage reimbursement only helped to get by, by the skin of my teeth.
At the beginning of Nov. 2017 I was involved in ANOTHER car accident, which although minor, set back the healing of my spine.
I am struggling in every way to get caught up after this past year's series of unfortunate events, but I feel buried in debts. The burden of financial stress has been debilitating at times.
I want nothing more than for Jasmine and I to have a safe, and stable environment that we're no longer feel like we're on eggshells, or our presence is unwanted, and can finally feel at HOME.
We desperately need stability in our lives. Jasmine has already had a hard enough childhood, with an abusive drug addict father, who doesn't provide any help to us, and all I'm trying to do is provide a good, solid life for her.
We need help.
I'm weary.
Asking for help is something that is extremely hard for me, because I pride on my strength and independence.
This is where I have to swallow my pride...
I I've looked into housing assistance, and dishearteningly so, it is a 2 to 3 year minimum waiting list, or worse, the lists are CLOSED altogether.
It's going to take roughly $4500-$5000 just to get in to a new place with first/last months rent, deposits etc., not to mention we have no furniture to start us off.
If you can find it in your hearts to donate, each and every little bit makes a difference.
Please help us to get a place we can call home. ❤️
Afterall, there's no place like home.

With much love and appreciation in advance,
Kelly & Jasmine
