<div>In March 2025, my world shattered. I was diagnosed with pleural effusion and an aggressive mediastinal tumor dangerously close to my lungs. It’s now confirmed to be cancer. Since that day, my life has been a storm of fear, pain, and unbearable uncertainty.

<div>What has made this journey even harder is a heartbreaking delay in my treatment. Despite undergoing a biopsy in Fiji, the sample was never sent overseas for further testing as promised. For over a month, I waited, prayed, and cried for results that never came—precious time lost while the tumor grew, and my condition worsened.

<div>Now, every breath is a struggle. The tumor has infected my lungs, and I live in constant pain and exhaustion. If I don’t receive urgent treatment soon, the cancer could spread to other parts of my body. I’m terrified—not just for myself, but for my daughter, who needs her mother.

<div>Because there are no adequate treatment options available in Fiji, I must now travel overseas, to India, for immediate, life-saving care. The estimated cost of my treatment—surgery, chemotherapy, laser therapy, and hospital expenses—ranges between USD $50,000 to $65,000.

<div>I am physically and emotionally exhausted. I've lost so much weight and strength. Some days, I can't even hold my daughter. I've missed so many of her little milestones—her smiles, her attempts to crawl—moments I dreamed of but could only witness from a hospital bed. That pain cuts deeper than anything cancer could ever do.
