<div>I am Omar Abu Miri, and my wife is Sarah. We are writing to you from Gaza, where we are together facing an unimaginable struggle. A few years ago, our lives were filled with the joy of welcoming three beautiful children. But our world shattered when we lost all of them to a rare genetic disease that we discovered only three months before the war began. This illness took away our dream of building a family naturally, turning every moment into a mix of pain and hope.

<div>Then the war came and took away what little we had left. Our home was completely destroyed, leaving us with nothing but memories. It was once our safe haven, but now it has become a painful part of our past. I lost my job, and my wife, a laboratory medical specialist, had to stop volunteering in hospitals due to our constant displacement.

<div>Everything we worked so hard to build is gone, leaving us only with hope for a better future.
