Hi my name is Lolita, and I’m raising funds for the medical bills of my poor sweet baby Nucky, a 7 year old domestic shorthair. Unfortunately, this morning he was attacked by my rescue pittie who I just adopted 2 months ago from a local rescue. While he fought back and left some scratches on my dog, he unfortunately did not walk away from the fight unscathed. He has a broken jaw (and possible tongue laceration) and he needs mandibular bone surgery to have his jaw wired shut. He will need a feeding tube following the surgery, along with other medication, and a long road to recovery. I typically have never asked for help, but lately the unexpected expenses just keep popping up and it has been very overwhelming. I did not choose to put him down because I love him very much and he deserves a fighting chance. Any small amount would really make the biggest difference during this time.
