Meet Leo!
This sweet neighborhood stray showed up injured and alone, and it quickly became clear he needed urgent medical care.
Leo is only about a year old and has been living on the streets since he was roughly six months old. Despite such a rough start to life, he is incredibly loving and gentle. He adores head scratches and cuddles, and he just melts when someone shows him kindness.
When we first met him, he was wearing a little leopard-print collar, which is how he got his name — Leo.

Leo’s Medical Needs
After taking Leo to the vet, we learned that his leg injury is serious. He will need:
• Sedation (general anesthetic) so the vet can fully assess the injury without causing pain
• X-rays to check for fractures or other damage
• Surgery, if needed, to repair broken bones or torn tissue
• Casting and splinting to stabilize his leg
• Rehabilitation and follow-up care to help him regain full use of his leg
Without treatment, Leo will continue to suffer and may permanently lose the use of his leg — or even face amputation.

How You Can Help
The total estimated cost for Leo’s care is $1,000, which includes all of his medical needs — sedation, X-rays, surgery (if needed), casting, and rehab.
Every single dollar will go directly to Leo’s treatment. If there’s any extra, it will be donated to help other injured strays in our community.
We can’t do this alone — we need your help to save Leo’s leg and give him the future he deserves. Even the smallest donation makes a big difference. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing his story so others can help too.
⸻
Thank you so much for your kindness and support. Together, we can give Leo the chance to run, play, and live pain-free again. ♥️
