Our sweet 7-month-old dachshund, Kodi, was diagnosed with a congenital liver defect called a portosystemic shunt (PSS). He’s just a baby, and this diagnosis has turned our whole world upside down.

The testing alone is estimated at $3,000, and the surgery he needs to survive could be upwards of $10,000. I never imagined I’d be in this position, but I’m determined to do everything I can to give him the happy, healthy life he deserves.
