Joe's going to be 39! And he's taking himself to an isolated cabin somewhere in Canada where he will be relying on a solar panel and a kindly landlady down the road.
Seriously, there will be NO power...he's hooking up a record player to that solar panel to kill us with anachronisms.
He's doing all this...well...because he has forgotten what an extrovert is.
ANYWAY! Wile E (the husky) is going to have a whole 'nother country to refuse to come back in and Joe's current tracking system relies on him having cell phone signal. Since the point is to NOT turn on his phone (and he's pretty sure it wouldn't work anyway) Joe wants a hard core military style tracking collar that he might also be able to train with. Enter the Garmin Alpha: it's for tracking and training and it starts off at $799.00. Frankly I wish I could strap one to Joe, but alas...
Now, I'm NOT the math kid, but taxes will be about $50 and it won't ship to his P.O. Box (Post Offices are weird, they won't accept bug spray either) so shipping will be more costly. I rounded up lol
