Give Hope to Lavinia

Hello All,

My name is LJ, and I'm trying to raise awareness and funds for a dear friend's medical plight ~

Good News! Lavinia Ross is on the mend, once again! But, how much can a sister take?

Undoubtedly, Lavinia’s superhero skills: farming, creating music and sharing with the world, respecting humans and animals alike, will be back after healing from her latest health scare (heart attack & catheterization to implant a stent). Lavinia, forever the comeback kid, even battled uterine cancer a few years back and won. Between these significant medical events, she was a caregiver to family members while running a farm with her husband, Rick, and working additional physical jobs.

All these setbacks take a toll on a person’s ability to earn, resulting in a compounded and overwhelming financial burden, with a stress level that is not conducive to healing.

Through no fault of their own, some people are given more burdens to bear than others. Lavinia has handled extraordinary challenges with quiet persistence and a gentle spirit but now needs our help.

The goal is $10,000 to help defray costs from medical bills. Please consider any donation to give hope to Lavinia. Surviving these medical crises makes Lavinia a courageous survivor, but she is not able to work with the same physicality that she did only six weeks ago. It is times like these that friends, like family, can step in and help in any and every way we can. The time is now to help Lavinia.

Perhaps today, we can help relieve the stress of not knowing how the medical bills will get paid. Maybe this time, it’s a small donation for Lavinia, a caring steward of the land, her love to create and share music with the world, and her constant demonstrations of respect and love for animals and people. We need more Lavinia’s in the world, and in particular, we need this one!
