My name is Marta Bicka, and I am the founder of GiveFiveGiveLife Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping individuals in critical medical situations. Today, I am reaching out with an urgent request for donation to support Emirhan Güneş, a young man in desperate need of life-saving brain surgery.

Emirhan has spent his life working tirelessly to provide for his family, but in 2023, everything changed—he was diagnosed with a brain AVM (Arteriovenous Malformation) - a rare brain condition that can cause deadly bleeding without warning.

Despite his resilience, his condition has worsened, leaving him unable to work or enjoy his passion for football.

His only hope now is a complex neurosurgical procedure urgent embolization surgery at Acibadem

Healthcare Hospital in Istanbul, led by Professor Berkman, a highly skilled

neurosurgeon specializing in brain tumours.

While we have been organizing numerous fundraising events and challenges, unfortunately, our donations remain below 6% of the required amount. Time is running

out, and immediate funds are needed to cover the costs.

To ensure Emirhan gets the best possible care, we need to raise £30,000, which will cover:

* Specialized medical transportation to Istanbul hospital – £3,000

* Initial consultation with Prof. Berkman and pre-op tests – £5,000

* Advanced diagnostic scans on high-resolution equipment – £4,500

*Neurosurgery and full medical team costs – £15,000

*Hospital stay and post-op care – £2,500
