<div>On 23rd April 2025, we lost our beautiful baby boy, Liam Joseph Reid. In our unimaginable heartache, we were gifted precious time with Liam thanks to a cuddle cot –

<div>A cuddle cot is a cooling system designed to keep a baby cool and preserve their appearance to allows bereaved families like ours to spend extra time with their baby before saying goodbye.
</div>
<div>While our time together with Liam was very short, we were blessed to get to spend very precious days with him thanks to a cuddle cot. That time meant everything to us.
</div>

<div>Typically, most hospitals only have one cuddle cot. However, as we experienced these cots can have issues and if the hospital doesn't have a backup, then it could mean saying goodbye to your baby sooner.
</div>

<div>In the midst of grief, we made a promise, Liam’s little life would leave a legacy. One filled with love, support, and compassion for other families walking the same devastating path.
</div>

<div>We’ve created Liam’s Legacy to raise funds for cuddle cots and other vital bereavement resources, so no family has to say goodbye too soon. Our goal is to provide these precious gifts to hospitals and hospices across Queensland and beyond.
