Give Gretchen a Gentle Goodbye

This is a post I never wanted to write, but I want to give her the best end of life care I can. Gretchen is 14 years old and suffering from breast cancer and arthritis. For 9 years she was been my best friend and has kept me out of the darkest places, but now she needs to move one. Unfortunately, life has hit me with several other big expenses and I cannot afford to give her a proper good bye. One where she doesn't have to suffer any more than she already is. Please, help me say good bye in the way she deserves by being able to afford end of life services.
