Give Erin 2 Thumbs Up

We all know how much Erin loves avocados. Unfortunately love hurts...

Last Saturday Erin cut her hand while attempting to cut into an avocado.  In doing so she severed two nerves and a tendon. Indeed, love runs deep...

Since the accident, Erin has had no feeling or mobility in her left thumb. Her left hand is in a splint and she is not allowed to use it for any weight bearing activities.

Erin will undergo orthopedic surgery on Tuesday,  April 17th.  The surgeon will attempt to repair the damage but has told her that a second surgery may be necessary at the 10 week mark depending on if mobility has been regained.

She will be in a splint and out of work for at least 10 weeks. 

We all know that its been a wild year for her and the kids . I'm hoping to raise as much money as i can to help her with the surgery bill  ($3500 is her out of pocket responsibility) and her personal expenses while she is recovering.
