Give Charlie a family

This is the Weaver family. They are very close friends of ours, and they're trying to adopt a sweet, smiley little boy from an orphanage in China. His chinese name actually means "smiley", but they call him Charlie. He has down syndrome so he needs a family like the Weavers who understand all of the extra care and support he will need.
