Give Brenda HOPE against Cancer

Donation protected
Brenda, my mom, or "Mommy" as she's saved in my phone, was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer in January of this year. For those who know her and those that don't, she's a fighter. She's endured heart attacks and endless surgeries and Cancer will not be the exclusion.

She's the strongest woman I know and I'm lucky to call her "Mom".  She always has a happy-go-lucky attitude with the biggest smile on her face. She'll be first to volunteer for everything, and constantly says that "No" and "Can't" are not real words.

For over 30 years, she's returned to the same Kroger's store day after day, week after week with the same CAN-DO work ethic and endlessly making her customers smile and laugh after each visit. Her chemo and radiation have definitely been a struggle but she's digging her feet in hard and taking the bull by the horns.

Her unwavering faith in God, the incredible doctors and nurses and all those who make her feel beautiful and human keep her going strong. Bless those who have overcome this awful disease and bless those who have supported their own loved ones while going through this.

She's still working while going to her appointments each week but as each treatment passes, simple tasks with her hands have become harder due to the pain and swelling, extended standing is painful, there's nausea to boot, and her overall qualify of life is diminishing. There are good days, there are bad days, but I'm hoping to help eliminate her struggles for her to focus on surviving and kicking cancer's butt.

I'm asking for all those who she knows, loves, and cares for to help give her HOPE during her time of struggle.  While insurance covers portions of her treatment, there's still a huge gap where is doesn't. Some of her medicine and treatment has already begun to become overwhelming. This is all while having limited income due to going to treatments every week and not being well enough to work whole days.

Please share with everyone and make another cancer case bite the dust. With your support and love we'll be able to provide her with more comfort and peace during this battle.

Thank you ahead of time for changing her life and giving HOPE.
