We are supporting the young disadvantaged people in our community that need training, equipping, mentoring and accrediting.
COVID-19 has really impacted young people and unemployment and homelessness is rife. With thousands of people going for the same jobs, there's a need to really support young people who are particularly deemed as disadvantaged; such as offender, ex-offender at risk of offending, homeless, long term unemployed, and with learning challenges.
We run two programs; a 2-3 year apprenticeship leading to permanent employment with us, or an 8-week traineeship, which gives them paid work experience and training which provides a stepping stone to into the world of Fencing and Construction.
