<div>The session will cover menstruation and the science behind it, helping replace stigma and misinformation with clear, shame-free understanding that women can take back to their families and communities.

<div>Funds will go toward internet access for participants, hygiene packs, and a follow-up session to reflect and plan next steps.

<div>This remains focused on providing practical support to Afghan women.

<div>Since the Taliban took control in August 2021, Afghan women have been systematically stripped of their rights, including access to education and public spaces.
</div>

</div>
<div>As of August 2024, new vice laws further silence women's voices, enforcing strict rules that ban them from expressing themselves freely in public. In response to these oppressive measures, we have launched the "Voices of Resilience: An Audiobook Initiative for Afghan Women," aimed at empowering these courageous girls to stand up for their rights by recording audiobooks.

<div><strong>Our goal is simple: to create a library of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@saarstories8146/podcasts" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">audiobooks</a> that not only shares knowledge but also provides economic support to Afghan women.</strong> Each book recorded will help these women contribute to their families in a society that largely excludes them from education, work, and even their voices.

<div>How You Can Help: We aim to raise $2,700 to record 20 audiobooks, with each book costing $135 to produce. This funding will be allocated as follows: $100 will support the Afghan woman who records the audiobook, while $35 will be provided to the individuals involved in editing and preparing the final product for distribution. Your sponsorship will help these women economically and enable them to continue their educational journeys.

<div>We started <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@saarstories8146" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Saar</a> in 2022 as volunteers, initially amplifying Afghan women's stories through letters and interviews.
