Head shave for Irish Cancer Society!
Hi everyone!
My name is Laura and I'm doing a sponsored head shave in aid of Irish Cancer Society. Around this time last year my dad Jim was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and I'm very sorry to say that he passed away on February 1st of this year. He is sorely missed by each and every one of us ❤ I know the impact of a cancer diagnosis on families and just how vital the support from organisations like the Irish Cancer Society is. With this fundraising effort I'd like to support other families going through what we did.
In memory of dad and to help others who are going through and dealing with a cancer diagnosis, I intend to have my lovely locks shaved off. I know times are tough at the moment but I would greatly appreciate any donation you can afford to give - every donation has the power to make such a difference! Irish Cancer Society provide much needed information and support to people who have been diagnosed with cancer, as well as being on hand for families and loved ones. They are also involved in cancer research; they raise public awareness regarding cancer and preventative measures; they provide cancer advocacy, and last but not least, they also organise fundraising campaigns.
All that's left to say is THANK YOU so very much in advance for your donations!
