Give a Helping Hand to Lenny Smith

Lenny and Diana Smith could be described using one word: inseparable. Together, Lenny and Diana were known throughout the Mount Holly area as always giving a helping hand to those in need, regardless of their own personal circumstances. Those who are fortunate enough to know Lenny and Diana knew that they would gladly help anyone in need and do so without ever asking or expecting anything in return, even if it meant opening their home to those who needed a safe place to live.

Sadly, Diana lost her battle with cancer on March 1st, leaving behind Lenny and their grandson, Johnathan (Meatball). In the recent months, Lenny has been dealing with his own personal health issues while caring for Diana through her cancer treatments. Lenny, a lifelong member of the Mt. Holly Fire Department and a member of the Hainesport Volunteer Fire Company, has been battling severe chronic medical conditions which require frequent doctor and hospital visits.

Despite all of these challenges and now experiencing the loss of his soulmate, Lenny will never ask for a handout. I am starting this GoFundMe to help raise money for Lenny and Meatball to pay for Medical bills, food, and other bills that may occur during this challenging time. Let's help make this difficult time a little easier for them. If anyone deserves it, it's Lenny.
