Give a gift of hearing to Subhangi

Little Subhangi was
 born on 20th February 2014

in Kathmandu, Nepal. At birth Initially she
was completely immunized and was in good health but as the days passed by she started slowing down and gradually her health started deteriorating and eventually she had to get hospitalized and was admitted in ICU for a month. After some relentless health related tests she was finally diagnosed with a rare syndrome of kidney which is widely known as Medullary Sponge Kidney
when she had just into her toddlerhood. Later the doctors advised her parents to initiate her medication without any delay. She was prescribed with antibiotics and probiotics because there was no alternate to that syndrome as it was occurred extremely rarely and was not fully curable so keeping the advice of doctors in mind her parents started giving her medicines on daily basis and also visited doctors for her frequent check ups and medical tests. when she was 8 months old it was may be due to side effects of antibiotics she suffered from Hypotonia (weakening of bone) which subsequently prevented her overall growth so she had to again go through several physiotherapy treatment and bone development exercises. After constant tests and therapies she miraculously overcame her physical disability but ironically the effects of antibiotics was so aggravating that all of a sudden she lost her hearing ability then again she went through multiple hearing tests and later the doctors declared her a hard of hearing. Since then she has been on hearing aid and has been taken 3 times a week for speech therapy in order to improve her speech which is the main reason for preventing her overall mental, physical and cognitive development besides her by birth syndrome. Its been already 1.5 yrs since she is doing speech therapy but its seems as if the hope of overcoming it is slowly dwindling as there hasn't been any significant progression on her hearing recovery. Due to the lack of progression she will have to have an operation (cochlear implant) which is literally very expensive in Nepal( over $18000) and her parents are from lower middle class family so they are not in financial position to afford her operation and medical expenses and post operation expenses which makes tentatively ($500 per month) so in this dire situation if someone takes initiative to collect fund for this noble cause and for the sake of this innocent divine angel's life and future which is at stake then it would be an immense help and the parents would be deeply obliged all their life..
