<div>This Christmas, we’re raising vital funds to help two orphaned wombat joeys currently in the care of Emerald–Monbulk Wildlife Shelter. These tiny babies lost their mums in road accidents — a sadly common reality in the Dandenong Ranges. But thanks to someone stopping to check the pouch, their lives were saved.

<div>Now they need specialised, round-the-clock care for almost two years before they can be safely released back into the wild. The shelter is entirely volunteer-run, receives no government funding, and relies on the kindness of people like you to cover:

<div><br />
</div>
<div>✨ Milk formula (which is extremely expensive)
</div>
<div>✨ Heat sources and bedding
</div>
<div>✨ Veterinary treatment
</div>
<div>✨ Specialised food as they grow
</div>
<div>✨ Safe outdoor enclosure development
</div>
<div>✨ Rehabilitation support until release
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation will go directly toward keeping these little wombat joeys fed, warm, healthy, and on the path to their new life in the wild.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>❤️ Your donation today is truly the gift of life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether it’s $5 or more, your generosity helps the wildlife shelter continue the quiet, powerful work they do every single day — rescuing, feeding, nurturing, and eventually releasing Australia’s most vulnerable wildlife.

<div>Why We’re Fundraising
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The shelter and Wendy has cared for countless wombats, wallabies, possums, and native animals over the years. But this season has been especially tough — more orphans than usual, rising costs of formula and vet care, and limited donations.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These two wombat joeys require constant care — bottle feeds every few hours, warmth, love, and specialised housing. It is a huge emotional and financial commitment, and they do it purely out of love.
</div>

</div>
<div>How You Can Help
</div>
<div>Please donate if you can, and share this campaign to help us reach more people who care about wildlife rescue.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This Christmas, your kindness can give these babies a future they almost didn’t get.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On behalf of Wendy, the Emerald–Monbulk Wildlife Shelter, and myself (Bree) at Fletchers Yarra Ranges, these two precious wombat joeys — thank you so much for your support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Merry Christmas, and thank you for giving the gift of life.
