<div>For those that know her, Lise, is just 44 years old, with a beautiful 2-year-old daughter who adores her. Her husband is alright too and he could do with a bit of good news! She’s already faced more heartache in life than most—losing her mum to cancer on Christmas Day, and her dad to the same cruel disease while we were still at university.

<div>Last August, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. She underwent a successful bowel resection and bravely began chemotherapy. But just seven rounds in, the cancer aggressively spread to her liver. Cancer really is a dick.

<div>Despite everything she’s been through, she keeps fighting with grace, strength and obviously, filthy humour.

<div><strong>Surgery date has now been confirmed for August 12th</strong>. Lise desperately wants to pursue some cutting edge treatment in Germany to help fight this disease that seems to resist chemo. With Lise's genetic condition and positive EMVI status she needs to access this treatment if shes to have a chance at stopping the cancer returning.
