Happy Girls Healthy World Parade!

Dear Friends & Family,

I am thrilled to bring our Dynamic Divine Feminine Dancing Divas to the NYC 12th Annual Dance Parade this year! For members of Harriets Heart, Eves Room, The Avocado Series and Scarf Dancing, this will be​ our first time in the parade. We welcome you to join us dancing down Broadway and across Saint Marks to promote "A HEALTHIER, HAPPIER MIND & BODY IMAGE FOR WOMEN & GIRLS"!

DID YOU KNOW that 6 in 10 girls and women won’t do OR stop doing what they love, because of anxiety about their looks?

For 18+ years, GirlSpirit~WomenSong Inc. has been an integral part of building "Courage, Confidence and Character" in girls and women across the globe . Today, we are asking for your support to raise money for a fully decorated parade float and DJ whereas our loving energies, words, dance, music and message would INSPIRE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES to fulfill their life goals and dreams, to reach for their HIGHEST POTENTIAL!

We implore you to help make this fun yet rewarding opportunity happen! Your contribution will enable us to secure a beautiful float package that comes with liability insurance, a sound system, and a tow vehicle to pull a 28+ foot parade float. Further, to promote our positive message of HONORING WOMEN at this parade of more than 100,000!

All proceeds in excess of our Parade Float costs will support our GirlSpirit WomenSong 18th Anniversary of designing and delivering programs and activities that  motivate people of all ages and backgrounds to "LOVE YOURSELF AS YOU ARE AND LIVE ABOVE THE INFLUENCE!" 

​GirlSpirit WomenSong​ Inc, the charitable arm of Salaam Arts & Inspiration, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The GSWS Inc. mission is to "Enhance the Mind, Spirit and Body Image" of pre-teen, teenaged girls & women by inspiring healthy perspectives, behaviors & attitudes of self-awareness, self-respect, self determination and self reliance. With "Leadership, Life Skills and Public Speaking" at the helm, we are particularly proud of our Harriets Heart Princess to A Queen initiative that tributes Freedom Warrior Harriet Tubman.
