Dearest All,
My name is Giovanna Hoyos, I was born and raised in Colombia and I've been living in New Jersey, U.S. for about 10 years. I'm a professional skin therapist and also a health coach.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 years ago and it spread to most organs in my body including the brain, skull, entire spine, ovaries and adrenal. As time passed by I started feeling weeker in my bones which led to 4 compression fractures in my spinal cord recently, which has been and it still is very painful to deal with it by itself not to mention the cancer.
My life has been very challenging since my diagnosis. I have experienced numerous other physical and mental challenges that also have caused deep depression and anxiety.
Cancer has pretty much taken over every part of me, which changed my life entirely. As much as I try to hold on to the adventurous, confident, exciting, outgoing side of me it is just out of my control at times. But, if there is one good thing I have gotten out of this horrible disease is that it's my COURAGE. It has given me the STRENGTH to fight till the end and believe that there will be a cure for me with the help of God and the right treatments with your support. I will do anything in my power to have the life I have always loved and the real me back.
During this time I learned that there is a reason behind everything, and because of this, I believe CANCER IS MY GIFT, my opportunity to connect to God.He is the only one that can heal me, and I thank God because I'm still alive. When challenges appear overwhelming I inject certainty, God is always there.
I am trying to raise money to help ease the financial aspect of my medical and alternative treatment bills.
I am strongly confident that i can successfully hit my goal with your help. Please support me with what you can , I will deeply apppreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
