Ginger needs Help

Hi. My name is Ginger. I am 5 years old and I love to run like the wind, explore wooded trails, chase squirrels, and play with my best friend Jack. My mom and her friends rescued me two years ago from a terrible place, and I found my forever home. Lately my leg has been hurting a lot when I run and play, and now I walk on 3 legs.





My mom took me to the vet because my leg hurt and the vet said I ruptured my Cranial Cruciate Ligament, which stabilizes my knee and lower leg. The vet said I’ll need surgery to repair it and the surgery will cost about $4500. My mom lost her job five years ago, and has some medical issues too, and can’t afford to get my leg fixed. She has been looking for a job for a long time. She freelances, works part time, and takes care of other dogs and cats while their parents are out of town, but I know she doesn’t have the money for the doctors for my surgery. Will you please help?



These next pictures are of me playing with my best friend Jack last year, and exploring woods last summer. Jack still comes to see me but I have to be on a leash now and it makes me very sad that I can’t run and play with him. A donation of any amount will be a big help.
