Ginevra’s Bicycle Tragedy

Hi, I’m Page IV, Ginevra is my partner and someone i care for deeply. At 3 am on daylight saving’s time, last saturday, she was riding her bike to my house. She called me a few blocks away crying that she’d fallen and was missing all her teeth. When i arrived i immediately called the ambulance and the emts revealed that she had clearly tried to move out of the way of a driver, forcing her into a parked car where tape from her handlebars had scraped and a pile of blood in front of the parked car with her tooth in it was where she hit her head. We spent 14 hours in the jefferson er and she got roughly 6-7 stitches in her bottom lip, 3-4 stitches in her top lip, received a broken nose from the pavement and 2 black eyes from the broken nose, and is missing one tooth, with a damaged second as well as road rash on her temple and upper lip as well as bone trauma on her chin. She has already taken time off of work this week and will again next week and will need help with copays, aftercare, and dental surgery as well as an implant.
