Rally for Gina

My name is Lisa Emmerson and I am a friend of the most amazing person I know, Gina Joya.  

Gina was first diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer in April of 2016.  Rhabdomyosarcoma is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the soft tissues of the body.

After many months of Chemo in 2016, she was cancer free. 

Two weeks ago, Gina found out that the cancer has returned. The doctors are being very aggressive with her treatment.  For the next six months, she will be undergoing chemo and radiation.  The pattern will be five days in the hospital for the chemo & radiation then two weeks off.

Gina has a long road ahead but she has beat this cancer once before.  Anyone that knows Gina knows that she will give it everything she's got and beat it again!

With cancer comes a lot of medical expenses and a lot of time off work.  I am asking all of Ginas family and friends to help in any way they can so that Gina can focus on her recovery and not worry about paying bills.

All donations will be used to help Gina cover medical and living expenses until she can get back to working and LIVING full time.
