Gilpin 4th Grade Outdoor Ed.

Hello!  We are fourth graders from Gilpin County Elementary School in Black Hawk, Colorado.  Our class is asking for your support in collecting $5,760 for our outdoor education trip to 100 Elk Outdoor Center!  If you're asking yourself why you should donate to us, here are some great reasons:  First of all, we are hard working students who love the outdoors.  Also, we would like this chance to bond and team build at the end of a rigorous year.  Finally, as you know, 4th graders are curious creatures who are hungry for adventurous opportunities. This is a chance for us to discover things that we can't learn in the classroom!

If you are an aunt, uncle, grandpa, grandma, family member, or friend, then this is your opportunity to donate to a good cause.  The goal is for each of us to try and raise roughly $180 dollars.  We are a class of 32 students so that makes a total of $5760.  However, this is a group effort and the funds will be combined so that all students can attend.

Some of the activities that you'll be funding are team building, archery, rock climbing, high ropes, survival skills, and ninja training.  Your donation will also go towards lodging, food and top notch instruction.  Doesn't this sound awesome?

We would love your help!  Please donate any amount you are able to our fundraiser.

Here's to adventure!

Many thanks,
The 4th Grade Crew
