Gillane Family Cancer Battle

On August 15th, Tim and Jen heard that dreaded word, “cancer”. Tim was diagnosed with Esophageal cancer. They believe it’s stage 3, but will know for sure in the next week. They also found out it had spread to where he couldn’t have the surgery to remove the tumor. He’s already been given a port and will start chemo next week when they know exactly what meds he needs. They will continue chemo for six weeks to three months and then determine if they can operate at that point. They are an amazing family that has spent many months apart while Tim worked his plumbing business in NOLA. They recently settled in the Hill Country to be closer to family and he was preparing to start over with his business. If he doesn’t work, he doesn’t get paid and there's no telling how long he could be out. Jen is a stay at home mom and they have 2 little kids. Their insurance has a very high deductible and they would use donations to help cover medical and living expenses. They are asking for prayers during this big battle they are about to fight.
