GiGi's Playhouse Charlotte

We’re so excited to open a GiGi’s Playhouse in Charlotte, North Carolina! GiGi’s Playhouse was created to change the way the world views a Down syndrome diagnosis and send a global message of acceptance for all. Our Charlotte team is passionate about what individuals with Down syndrome can achieve and what they contribute to our community. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating and supporting our loved ones as we make GiGi’s Playhouse Charlotte a reality!

What is GiGi's Playhouse? A physical location where children and adults with Down syndrome can get support to achieve their life goals and be their “best of all.” GiGi’s Playhouse is the only network of Down Syndrome Achievement Centers providing support and services from a prenatal diagnosis through adulthood. GiGi’s Playhouse offers FREE social, therapeutic and educational programs focused on building skills in children of all ages, while GiGi University tailors programs for teens and adults. The research-based curriculum works toward improving each individual’s literacy, math, motor skills, self-esteem, and vocational skills.
