Send 3 Gifted Teachers To Conference

Gifted children are in need of special educators. The teachers that are tasked with educating the gifted child need not only passion for their job but also quality professional development.

We three teach self-contained gifted fourth graders in an urban environment in St. Louis, MO. Our mandatory  district professional development rarely addresss how to enrich the curriculum to meet the affective needs of our gifted students. Please help us to get to the National Association for Gifted Children Conference so that we can learn how to better serve our unique learners. A donation to our cause will help ensure that the future leaders, artists, scientists, engineers, authors, CEO's and Politicians will have the best possible foundation for an adult life that encourages them to dream big and strive to make the impossible possible.

The money you donate will be used to cover fees and expenses (airfare, hotel, registration, meals) for THREE teachers to attend the National Gifted Conference this year. On behalf of all of our students and the three of us. Thank you. If we do not reach our funding goal we will first try to figure a way that we can cut costs and still make this trip happen and any funds that are left over they will be donated to the Gifted Association of Missouri  Scholarships.
