NOLA Nurse Love - Gift Cards for Nurses in NOLA

NOLA Nurse Love is a COVID-19 Relief Fund organized to support both local businesses and healthcare workers in the greater New Orleans area. All donations will be used to buy gift cards from local restaurants and small business to distribute to nurses and healthcare workers in NOLA.
UPDATE: On Wednesday, April 22nd 255 gift cards were donated to nurses working on the Surgical ICU at Ochsner Main Campus and nurses working at the ER at University Medical Center. The gift cards were purchased at Port Orleans Brewery, Commander's Palace, Dickie Brennan restaurant group, Ralph Brennan restaurant group, and Mr. B's.
Next week, on Wednesday, April 29th, we will be donating gift cards from New Orleans Original Daiquiris, Blue Oak BBQ, Jean Therapy, and Fat Harry’s to healthcare workers at The Urgent Care (locations in Mid-City, West Bank, & Laplace) and Pelican State Outpatient Center. These two urgent cares and their tireless staff have been leaders in COVID-19 evaluation, testing, and treatment.
If we reach our goal of $10,000- we will donate 150 gift cards to the eICU and Cardiac/Medical ICU (CMICU) nurses at Ochsner Hospital Main Campus on Wednesday, May 6th. The CMICU has become a COVID-19 Unit and these nurses are truly on the frontlines. We will need to reach to our goal of $10,000 in order to donate a gift card to each and every nurse on the eICU and CMICU at Ochsner Hospital, so please continue to share with your friends and family!

About Us: Caroline Brennan and Olivia Carisella have been working in the healthcare industry for several years and have seen first hand the heroic actions nurses and healthcare workers perform daily. Caroline is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Olivia is a Nutritionist, soon to be a Registered Dietitian. We are so excited to give back to our healthcare community!
