Ghostie Boy’s Fence fund

Hi, my name is Peyton and I have created this Facebook page to help my MIL and FIL with expenses of putting up a fence to keep this sweet boy safe. You see, he was a stray that showed up at their house and chose them to be his people. Even though they didn’t have any plans for adopting another dog. Anyway, he has been there for 3 months and is EXTREMELY scared of people but he loves their other 2 dogs. Marvin and Katrina have been working on him daily to get him comfortable with people so that they can find him a good home. They finally decided that he is gonna be their dog. Katrina came home from work early to pick him up and take him to be vetted but he was nowhere to be found. Everyone was looking for him because the other 2 dogs were home but he wasn’t. The neighbor admitted to shooting Ghostie Boy and said he ran off. He stated that ghost jumped on his dog. Which they had been in several fights. Including at Katrina’s house when the neighbors dog jumped on him but they didn’t take out any vengeance on his dog as that’s what two UNCUT male dogs do. Katrina spent countless hours in the woods searching for him for 2 days straight expecting to find him dead but lo and behold, she found him! He was alive but was covered in blood and the bullet hole went in one side and out the other. She rushed him to the vet and they worked on him and gave him several antibiotics and meds to bring home. The vet thinks he’s going to make a full recovery so in order for Ghostie boy to be able to have a life without a chain, they are going to have to have a fence put up to keep the other dog away from him and the neighbor. A wireless fence would keep ghost in the yard but wouldn’t keep the other dog or neighbor out. With that being said, fences are expensive and there is still a lot of vetting that will be needed. they work very hard everyday to provide for their children and their animals so I want to help them out. Everyone in our town is aware of what has happened and has been asking us to set up a page so they can help. I will also post the cash, Venmo and PayPal tags for those who would prefer to donate that way.
