Hello everyone:

First of all, I would like  to thank all the people who supported me in this process, as financially and morally. All of this has been made easier by you.

I am very happy to tell you that I am progressing satisfactorily to chemotherapy and Midostaurin tablets, thank God this battle has made me grow up spiritually, physically and mentally. From my heart I feel that I am healed, but I must respect the medical procedure and follow its instructions.

The insurance  contacted me to apologize for the stress caused by not knowing about my future, and now I am waiting to be confirmed that they will take over the continuation of my treatment.

So far they already paid the cost of the first month of hospitalization, chemotherapy treatment and the first and second phase of the Midostaurin,. Thanks to the pressure exerted by the Australian Minister of Health and the current situation of COVID, the insurer has decided to help with my case, but I do not have yet a formal response from them, where they discriminate against who will take charge and What should I pay?

When I have an accurate response from the insurance, I will let you know. While this is happening I have decided to pause the donation. I hope to have a positive response from the insurance

Primero que todo, quiero agradecer a todas las personas que me apoyaron en este proceso, tanto económicamente, como moralmente. Todo esto ha  sido más fácil gracias a ustedes.

Me siento muy feliz de contarles que estoy evolucionando satisfactoriamente al tratamiento de quimioterapia y de las tabletas Midostaurin gracias a Dios esta batalla me ha hecho crecer espiritual, física y mentalmente. De corazón siento que estoy sanado, pero debo respetar el procedimiento médico y seguir sus indicaciones.

La aseguradora se comunicó conmigo para ofrecerme disculpas por el estrés que me causó el no saber sobre mi futuro, y ahora me encuentro a la espera de que me confirmen que ellos se harán cargo de lo que continúa de mi tratamiento.

Hasta el momento se han hecho cargo del costo del primer mes de hospitalización, el tratamiento de quimioterapia y de la primera y segunda fase del medicamento. Gracias a la presión que ejerció el ministro de salud de Australia y la situación actual del COVID , la aseguradora ha decidido ayudar con mi caso, pero aún no he tenido una respuesta formal por parte de la ellos, donde discriminen de que se harán cargo y que debo yo pagar.

Cuando tenga una respuesta certera de la aseguradora, se los haré saber. Mientras esto sucede he decidido pausar la donación. Espero tener una respuesta positiva de la aseguradora.
