Hi friends,
We usually never reach out for help, but at this point we are desperate. Our sweet baby, Bean, who we recently adopted has had a terrible first few weeks. After receiving his Distemper vaccine, he was diagnosed with HOD. Basically, HOD in dogs is a disease that attacks the bones and joints with no known causes except a link to vaccines.
Bean is in immense pain. He can not stand or move. He is currently being hospitalized and they told us they are having trouble controlling his pain and that it has now moved into his jaw.
He is the sweetest, best boy there is. We are heartbroken and we do not want finances to get in the way of treatment for our boy.
We are thinking and praying for all of you during this difficult time and we know times are tough for us all.
