Medical Bill's & other bills

I had hip replacement surgery back in August. I have been out of work. NYS disability sucks for what I put into it every paycheck.
I had hernia surgery 11 months ago.
I received all my bills for the surgeries, doctors and my in home care.
I am extremely behind on my every day bills. Unfortunately I live paycheck to paycheck. RG &E, car loan. car insurance, homeowners insurance, water, garbage, spectrum, phone and mortgage.
I have 2 children ages 16 & 12. Barely have enough food until next paycheck from disability.
I dont usually ask for help with anything. I am afraid I will lose everything I have worked hard for. So I am asking for any help you can give me
