Kidney transplant fund

I was born with a kidney disease called alport syndrome. I lose kidney function every year. My kidney function is down to 16% right now. I am currently being put on a list for a transplant. In a couple of weeks I go to the dentist to set a schedule to get all my dental work done so I can be cleared to be officially on the transplant list. I work full time and have health insurance but when I get a transplant, I don't want my family to worry about how we are going to pay the bill. I hate asking people for money but between the cost of the transplant and the cost of the anti rejection drugs I will have to take, it's going to cost way more then I make. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated and if you can spread the word and help me, I will be forever thankful.
