Giving Back to the Community

Comfort Community Cafe, LLC (C3) is a Veteran-Owned Business.  C3 has a social responsibility to its community – making people feel special and creating a positive experience for all.   The C3  focuses on attracting more customers not only with our superior menu (gourmet brewed coffees, espresso traditions, espresso specialties, non-coffee alternatives), simple foods, teas & Chai, and whole-bean coffee but also with its unique services and features.  Unique services and features include, drive-up service windows, two nights of weekly live entertainment, a private meeting room with a media center, coffeeshop ergonomics workstations for laptop users, recycling station area, and Kids Zone.

Immediately upon retirement in 2019, I began volunteering with Hope Hospice, a non-profit organization where I am present during patients’ last hours of life to bring comfort at the time of death and reassurance to their families.  And assisting with grief workshops, annual children’s and family grief camps or support groups.

Serve as court Mentor for Veterans who suffer from substance use issues and combat-related mental illness. As a mentor, I work through a collaborative effort of support to helps divert veterans from the traditional criminal justice system so that no Veteran is left behind.

My niche is to serve others in our community with our business in an impactful way, which would add value.  This is Comfort Community Café, LLC, social responsibility!  This is what we believe!

The funds will be used for architectural plan, marketing/advertising, city permits/licenses/fees, general contractor, and accounting.

I am grateful for your trust, prayers, and confidence in us to establish the first specialty coffeehouse in New Braunfels, Texas. It is never taken for granted.   Currently, C3 is only a few small steps away from opening its doors to the public.  However, there is still much to be done.

If you are able, I would appreciate your help in contributing to the Texan, New Braunfels, and Hope Hospice community by making a monetary donation to Comfort Community Café.   Your donation of any amount will go toward the milestones to be achieved.

On behalf of Comfort Community Café, I Steve Cornelius, would like to thank you in advance for your financial contribution.
